[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung tv | |||
Blocks appeared on tv. The tv is still under warranty. There is no scratch on tv but when contacted customer care they asked for photo of the picture in tv and said the panel is broken and it is not covered under warranty and should be replaced. Agreeing we ordered for the panel and it's been 12 days we have no update from service centre and when we call they tell still the panel has not come and now they say it will come after 20 days. We are from Bangalore and being in metro city we are facing issue that they dont have parts in stock at all. Worst worst worst service by samsung. Was this information helpful? | |||
