Samsung LED UHD TV not getting powered on. I bought this on 19/10/2014. past two week its giving same complaint. I have given complaint request(account no. [protected]) and service engineer visited two times in my place. after rectification by him TV is functioning only few hours and after that its having same problem. for safety I have connected TV with UPS power supply with stabiliser so chance of power fluctuation is very low. Kindly do the needful to rectify this issue. almost 2 weeks over now. I am not getting any updates. whenever i am calling customer care they are telling their engineer will in rectify. but till now no result.
