[Resolved]  Samsung — Serious complaint against Samsung Mobile company

Hi Team Samsung, Couple of days back, I bought a Samsung device (Cell phone: Galaxy Mega 2) from Spice Retail Kamla Nagar, Delhi-110007 on the basis of a trust that Samsung gives the best quality of product along with the guarantee that what they advertise are what they finally deliver. Samsung is known worldwide for keeping the customer's trust in their product & provide an ultimate services which no one else can do. I am a user of Samsung fridge, Samsung phones & lots many other devices which are manufactured or marketed by Samsung and that's what made me to catch upon an another product and spend 20k on it. Mr.Sunny (Samsung Guy) at Spice suggested me to buy this device which has 16 GB internal memory + 1.5 GB RAM. Apparently before buying the product I also cross checked it on below mentioned 6-7 sites & made my decision on it. But now when I am using it from last 2 days, I felt surprised that this phone has only 8 GB internal memory which is a breach of agreement subsequently only 4.3 GB is what available for user. Why Samsung has started adopting these cheap tricks to sell their goods, do you guys really need to lie to end users to make business. This was never expected from Samsung at least. I need justification & clarification on it. If I will not receive the satisfactory revert within next 24 Hrs trust this mail will be parked in the mailbox of consumer court and other related tribunals. I demand compensation along with a letter from Samsung citing they miscommunicated the product features to me.
