I am writing this email to seek your assistance in getting my samsung S21 Ultra phone repaired today itself which was taken by Zopper team on Sunday - 10th Oct, which was handed to samsung service center on Mon - 11th Oct. Inspite of regular polite request to prioritize the service, I see no seriousness and service oriented approach from both the companies. Basis my follow up mails, I received a revert from Samsung stating that samsung service center don't have spare part... I am shocked to receive this update for a phone model which is the most recent launch of Samsung S series and yet they don't have spare part??? Is this a service Samsung give to customers who trust and purchase their most expensive product??? I never thought that Samsung S21 Ultra mobile user will be treated this way.
