Samsung — Service center issue | |
Hello sir/madam Good morning I bought samsung m30s in january, after doing android upgrade in july and i was facing lag issues 2 or 3 times a day.. 27th august. Phone again got stuck same way and it didn't work after that. Phone was still getting charged, phone display is working, but phone os is not loading. Which is either board or software fault. It's a logic Samsung website showed me nearest samsung authorized service center (Tirupattur), https://goo.gl/maps/5y33qXXiuMz91oAP6 The technician took phone inside and then told me, phone is water damaged and i cannot claim warranty. He showed me a sticker and said this sticker turns red if water went inside. He said water damage near the charging pin. My question is if a phone is water damage near the charger, will the charge work. I explained him that this is not charger port issue, i have issue either with software or motherboard, but he only repeated said, water mark near charger port, hence no warranty. He cannot repair also because no spare parts, he said he will take the phone and instead pay me 3000 or 4000 rs voucher because display is good As per google reviews for service center. That service center always argues to claim warranty. Please check google reviews, My 1st complaint to samsung is, why you having such horrible service center who never claims warranty, can you please check I want samsung to investigate in cctv because i doubt they took phone inside the room, opened it, they themselves spoiled the water indicator to avoid giving me warranty What is the proof that service center agent itself spoiled the water indicator to avoid giving me warranty because before giving phone to service center, charger port was working. If water damaged near charging pin means, will phone get charged? No. But it was all working. It's a logic Only problem is android 10 update, or motherboard. But service center agent is not even understanding. I am utter dissatisfied with samsung for having such service center. Just read google map review. Few additional questions, He told me no spare parts to repair without warranty also. If no spare parts means why samsung selling such phone, phone launch is not even 9 months He said samsung selling defective m30s in amazon and all phones have such issues, is that true.? A wow as samsung technician itself defaming samsung company He said he will buy my phone and give me 3000 or 4000 rs voucher for my 15000 rs phone, is that even legal from samsung?? Google reviews are just 3 stars and so many dissatisfaction, did samsung take any action before this? Just 8 months after phone purchase and i cant claim warranty and i cant repair also because samsung being such huge company dont have spare parts of recently released phone, its just wow.
