I had purchased an LED TV in the month of April 2014.In October 2014 the display of the same went blank, we had registered the compliant with the Samsung Customer Care Number immediately. Despite our various call and reminders nothing was done until late December 2014.
Within a month of the repiar being done the display went back to the earlier situation i.e. completely blank. We registered the compliant once again on 9th day of January 2015 vide complaint no [protected].
We have been continuously for the last 45 days have been following up with the Samsung and its service centre people, but till today the service centre people are stating the same reason that we have ordered the panel and the same is still awaited.
I am unsure on whom to point finger on the service centre or the samsung call centre, but in this chicken and egg situation its us who are being harassed. We have not been able to enjoy the tv at all.
Also, I have doubt on the quality of panel being used by service centre people as the same did not even survive a month after being repaired. The samsung service centre people are simply trying to while away time so that my warranty expires. These people at service centre, mirzapur are highly incoporative and rude.
I hope an early resolution of the same.
