I have purchased 2 units of Samsung AC IN Aug 2010, through Open world vide Invoice no DOW-13092 dt 08/08/2010 out of which below unit was having trouble in out door unit since beginning and in week time Samsung replaced with new one. Even after that this machine was having issues with cooling. recently I have paid Rs 1800/- in Oct 2014 for gas refilling and it worked for 2 months and now no cooling. Samsung's representative visited on 30 March against request no [protected] and given estimate of Rs 8500/- for replacement of condenser unit. I also gathered the information that this model is having manufacturing defect. If so, Samsung to replace outer unit free of cost. I have paid INR 8350/- on 31st March 2015 to replace the condenser coil and AC worked for few days and again there is no cooling.
I have made complaint vide ref no [protected] on 6th May.
Seems, without having proper diagnosis, Sansung replaced the condenser coil. It is lack of workmanship and knowledge.
I need resolution in next 48 hours else I'll go to consumer court with all evidences Was this information helpful? |
