[Resolved] Samsung Service Center — Samsung microwave oven

I purchased a microwave oven from Aditya Vision Patna on 15.10.2009. After some times that is not for then I registered a complaint then that ovan is received by Samsung service engineer on 5.10.2010 on customer service record card. The ovan is traceless from that time kindly solve my problem immediately.
