[Resolved] Samsung Service Center — Samsung mobile display suddenly blast | |||
I bought Samsung Duos 2 Mobile (Music) device on 20th Oct 2014 in Jayachandran Shop, Tnagar, Chennai. I was charged the device in my home and suddenly there was a blast sound came from the phone and the phone display (inner glass) got broken and the screen ink was splatter over the screen. I was taken it to the service center, chennai (near valluvar kottam) this Monday and asked them to change the display they said it was a physical damage and not cover under warranty and the cost of the display will be comes around 1270 Rs (but the actual cost of the phone is 1550). My question is why this will give the warranty card and what is the use of the card. What is meant by Warranty? The samsung service center is totally waste. They are just cheating the peoples in the name of free service. Don't buy Samsung products.. Was this information helpful? | |||
