Samsung Service Center — Very irresponsible service | |||||
Samsung service center Survey No 22/1/1a/1b Unit No 7 Ground Floor Tride Icon, Mundhwa Road, Kharadi, Pune - 411014 Very irresponsible and careless towards customer service. I have visited the service centre more than 10 times in last 6 months for samsung fridge repair but still the company is not able to figure out the problem. I have raised 3 complaint id's and they are closed without my concern and without any solution. My fridge was working properly except the cooling issue but now it is not working at all. Service engineers did gas charging and cut the pipes which are still in same condition. I have to wait for more than half hour everytime to talk to the concerned person in service center. More than 5 times service engineers had promised to come but they did not came. I was told that fridge will be taken for observation/problem analysis but they did not came. I have wasted more than Rs100 in calling the service engineers and raising complaints. I have wasted more than Rs300 in petrol to visit service center more than 10 times.
