Samsung Service Center — Warranty | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Samsung mobile phone GT-19082 on 25/05/2014 from E-Zone, India, Bangalore, Jaynagar near Ranisaraladevi Bus stop. After two days of purchase it started giving En number of problems, I visited more than eight times till date to get it serviced. The best part is that that when I went on 23/05/2015, Saturday, to get the mobile service done and for extend warranty they told me that this is out of warranty, warranty has expired on 2014 May itself. (All the service are done "In Intouch services" BTM layout, Bangalore). My question is how is this possible. I have purchased the mobile on 25-May-2014, the one year warranty means it should be 25-May-2015 that is today AND why did they service the mobile, (they have changed pin, mother board etc) when it is out of warranty suddenly now they are telling as out of Warranty.
