Samsung — Service Centre irregularities | |||
We had submitted a Samsung Galaxy Tab bought on 2017, with a complaint of charging issues. The service center person said that, if we open the tabled there is a possibility of display get defect and we have to change that too. For changing the charging connector and display she asked for 4, 000/- and I said the display is perfectly ok, why should I pay for that, she returned the tab and said we cannot provide service. Now we had given outside and got it repaired in local shop, working perfectly. Is the service center person un experienced? Why your person lied that display also will get damaged if opened?
