Samsung — Service negligence

So, i bought Samsung washing machine in 2019, now the drum is gone, which is ok. I’ve raised a complaint for repair with ref ID [protected] on 19th October 2021. They said they ll have to take it to service center without even looking at it, I said ok. Suddenly after 5 of no response I’ve checked the status and it says that the complaint has been rectified and closed. What sense that does make?
Now I’ve to raise another complaint (ID[protected]and I don’t get any response for 3 days. Their WhatsApp chat responds well but nothing moves. I have wasted 1 week just for the service to happen.
Definitely very poor service/management issues going on . Please rectify at the earliest.
