I would like to share bad experience on your Samsung product galaxy buds live after using only 1 month from date of purchase
Just listening music through ear bud live when I turned to right, it goes to disconnect of one ear buds which was recorded by me by my other device for evidence purpose
However Samsung technical dept told there is no issue found after wasting 20 days with mentally harassing just like a Fraud company...I could not believe how samsung cheat like 3rd grade of company.
I felt guilty to using Samsung brands S20 ultra Samsung refrigerator, Active 2 watch. Really feel as foolish to use 3rd grade company like as Chinese.
Here I can sharing recorded video for evidence purpose while happening issues sound and connectivity problem.
This is not fair as well as expected from Samsung. Therefore I m going to claim consumer case and putting case through honourable court in first track with complete evidence along with Electronic media.
I ever loose confidence from Samsung because cheater fraud company.
