[Resolved]  Samsung — Sound variation in the Speaker

Dear sir, We had purchased a 28189 Samsung LED TV 32 UA32F4100 on 23/03/2014 from LOTUS (A unit of CPR Distributors Pvt Ltd, Indore (M.P). But we regret to inform you that, before the completion of one & half year, the said TV has a problem of sound variation. We have complained your customer care and a workman visited us and checked the TV. As per him, the speaker of said TV has been damaged due to dust and suggested to buy new speakers. Sir, kindly note that, we are service class people, and have paid Rs.31900/- to purchase this T.V. and we are not able to pay nearly Rs.2500/- at present. We humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to do the needful on behalf of your esteemed company. Your positive response is eagerly awaited.
