[Resolved] Samsung — Suspected foul play and extreme arrogance on the part of service centre executive | |||
Service Centre - NUTEK service centre, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I bought a Galaxy Core on 19th of July, 2014. All of a sudden on the 15th of July, 2014 it stopped taking charge. I took my handset to the nearby service centre where I had to pay for the repair because I could not locate my invoice at that point of time (which I later on did). I paid Rs.1250/- for replacement of the defective part. Within three months, i.e. on the 16th of October, 2014, it stopped taking charge once again. I suspect that instead of replacing the defective part with a new one, they had replaced it with another defective part so that it does not last longer than 3 or 4 months. When I took it to them once again, the person in the service centre was very arrogant and abusive. This person shifted entire blame on me and said that it was my responsibility to take care of my phone and said that I would again have to pay the requisite amount to get the part replaced for the second time in three months. I said that my phone was not exposed to any humidity etc. But he continued with his arrogance and made it clear that whatever it was, I would have to pay again. It escapes my imagination how a customer can be expected to keep paying Rs. 1250/- every three months for getting the same part replaced. Was this information helpful? | |||
