Respected sir, The technician named Sachin Rajpoot in Delhi (Badarpur) proved that samsung provides poorest services to its customers. He was totally careless and didn't came to fir our HD tv which we ordered from amazon. We called him several times but he kept making excuses whereas he was supposed to come early. we ordered our tv with extra delivery charges as we needed it urgently.
