Sir,
I was purchase samsung galaxy M42 through your official online store and my order Id is [protected].
It was delivered me on 15may 21.
When I was open mobile I found that camera was not working even on several times factory reset and mobile update as advised by you.
I was complaint to samsung customer care support on 16may 21 with Ticket ID-2032133, 24may 21 with Ticket ID-2043724 and complaint no.[protected].
But I couldn't get solution of my problem and I was told to visit samsung service center after lifting lockdown.
On 1jun 21 I was visit to Ankur samsung service center, Agra after checking mobile phone he didn't find software issue and advise to open mobile for checking hardware issue.
Inspite of that he couldn't find any issue However mobile camera was started functioning.
He told me that it was software issue and I resolved it .
He asked me to come after 3days because closing parts of mobile is not available.
My issues-
1.if I would purchased same mobile from other site it could be easily replace by them.
2.if Mobile had software issue why would it was open and asking 3more days for close it.
3.who is responsible for issue in new brand new mobile.
Even after waiting for almost 17 days when I couldn't find out any solution, I have been lodged complaint to National consumer forum(docket number 2757835 ).
If you would not replace mobile then I will fill case against you and also share on social media for your poor service and product .
