Samsung — TV display bleed not fixed. | |
Purchased the tv - ua43nu6100kxxl on sep 2019 from flipkart and faced with led bleed issue. First flipkart and then samsung replaced the unit 3times for the same exact issue. No after months, the same issue has happened, and now samsung found an excuse stating it is not a complaint, but a default thing of the led. The discoloration was apparently bound to happen and the earlier replacements where done for some totally different purpose. While the issue is same. Ironically enough, the same was confirmed by the technicians and engineers who visited multiple times and even by the quality management team at samsung. Now when the time elapsed, they conveniently framed the case as a casual thing and asked the the customer to keep the product and denied service or any action. Vijay Was this information helpful? | |
