Samsung — tv display problem

dear sir i had purchased samsung smart tv from croma in Oct 2013. Today morning, it is having display problems. i had called samsung engineer today to see the issue. He said that the display part needs to be replaced costing 25000. I am shocked to see that international quality brand product is defective in about a year and a half. i request you to get it replaced free of cost. I am a valued customer of samsung. I have purchased recently 2 samsung split ACs and a grand 2 mobile and other stuff.
