Samsung — TV Order | |
The tv was ordered on 17th july from samsung.com though i am yet to receive it. Emails go unanswered and calls to customer care always say someone will contact with a resolution in the next 24 hours. I am sick of hearing these lies over the phone. Customer care executives say there is nothing they could do as the case is escalated and a backend team will respond.
