[Resolved] Samsung — TV under warranty but Samsung not giving warranty benefits | |||
This is regarding complaint number [protected]. I am fed up following up with samsung but no response. I purchased TV on 3rd May 2013 in Dubai and its under international warranty. Now Samsung is saying warranty is rejected by team as purchase date is 5th March 2013 and warranty is already over. How come they can assume purchase date without cross checking in system and bill provided to them. I hope their system clearly shows purchase date of each item, if not they can check from Jumbo Electronics from where I purchased TV. Me and my wife are fed up following up with samsung guys and no one is responding properly. Everyone from call center and service center is saying that they cant do anything and they cant also give details of head office. Also our TV bill is with one of the service engineer who did not bother to return it back. Date is clearly written on the bill. and can also be verified with Jubmo Electronics Dubai (From where I purchased my TV) This is the pathetic experience I have till date with any consumer goods company. I feel i did a biggest mistake by selecting Samsung LED TV. Its not working and Samsung India is not giving warranty benefits also. This is the worst experience I have till date with any consumer goods company
