I have purchased a Refrigerator model no FF-RT3234TABS From Reliance digital retail ltd, Capital mall, Bhiwadi, Dist. Alwar. Rajasthan.on dated 26/01/2013(Bill enclosed) Few days back we observed that it is not running, when contacted your service center at bhiwadi it is inform that our service person visting charges would be Rs 400/. how could be he charge when it is under warranty. Any way he visted and informed us that the compressor is to changed and the charges would be around Rs 3000/ Finally he submitted his bill of Rs 2705/ (Bill enclosed) The question is what does mean by warranty.
