[Resolved] Samsung — Unhappy with service center | |||
Hi I own a Samsung galaxy note 1 I have been to the service center in Veera Desai road twice to get my phone repaired.It still isnt working, I am sooooo disappointed with the service and the poor quality of technicians Samsung has hired. I had heard many people complain about poor service, mainly housewives but this was 1st hand experience of such a bad service when my phone has been repaired twice and part has been replaced and it wont work for more than one day. I have also received a feedback call and gave a honest feedback and heard no call back from you.I think feedback is just a protocol you follow as a job on your part Terrible experience.
