[Resolved]  Samsung — Unqualify and unproffessional Authorization Service Center

Complaint I can not remove the ice master door because of frosting inside my Samsung Refridgerator. Called Samsung customers suport and requested repair. I sent in purchase receipt as requested and ticket number [protected] issued.as I have an warranty to 5/2/2115. They reached out to Esquivels Appliance Repair to service. Esquivels came out on November 4th and they gave me an appointment from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM but he did not show up and I have to call him and he let me know that he is behind schedule and will come at 1:00 PM. When the technician come he tried to remove the door but he could not then he advised that he needed to order part and it will be in house when parts are in. Samsung customer support call me three days later and told me these parts has been sent and received by Esquivel Appliance and I waited for 3 more days and i have never heard back from them. I have called and left over 10 messages with them. Finally reached out to Samsung support again and they connected me with the technician and he argeed to come out the next day that was November the November 13, 2014. When the technician come he brough with him two Samsung parts with him. He remove the cover from the back of refrigerator and adjust something on the electrical board then he pull out the Ice master door which I turn of the refrigerator a day before to defrost it. He removed two parts inside the ice maker and the part from the inside still have ice on it which he put in my sink and let water run on it to remove ice. Then he put these two parts back without replace any parts which he order from Samsung. I asked him if new part is needed and he told me that the problem is the electrical board in the back and he already adjusted. He advised me to wait for two to four hours for ice then he left without any paper work. After he left i check the water dispenser and there is no water coming out then I called and leave many messages but i never heard them call back. Called left 3 more messages. No response.On November 14, 2014 I called Samsung they tried calling no response. So, I requested a new repair ticket with difference authorized vendor and ticket number [protected] had been issued. My refrigerator is now completely have no water and ice. The new authorized vendor call me and set up an appointment on November 21, 2014.from 3:00 to 5:00PM - Then the shocking new, three hours before the appointment the vendor called me and told me that I have to call Samsung because my refrigerator is out of warranty because I bought from Sear's outlet. Now I am stuck with the bad service from your orginal Authorized repair ( Esquivel Appliance). I checked the review of Esquivel Appliance online and Better Business Bureau and your service authorized repair had the worst reviewed and all of them are complained and another complained with Better Business Bureau which is from another Samsung customer with extended warranty. So, Samsung should know about this bad Authorized Repair Vendor and should eliminated it from your vendor list. Now I have a broken refrigerator because of you bad Authorized Repair people. This is my desired settlement that Samsung should sent out another vendor to clean up this mess from Esquivel Appliance and put my refrigerator in working order.
