Samsung — Very poor after sale service | |||
I purchased Samsung digital AR18jv5hbwk model. It is not cooling the room. I tried to complain to Samsung customer care which itself was a difficult process as in the roll down menu my product does not exist. After live chatting I have been told that select any product with a condition that first four alphabets matches I registered my complain on phone and also by email. on first complain an engineer came and said that he will come next day with required accessories. but he did not appeared When after two days I contacted customer care he told that engineer updated that AC is perfectly working. I have been told that an engineer will visit on Monday but till Tuesday (19 May 2015) no one came. I again complained then an engineer came and told he is asked to install new AC...A Great Surprise. I asked ok you just repair it he said no no I am not an expert of digital AC so some one will come next day. In nutshell since 20th April 2015 to 20th May[protected]/- Rs AC is just hanging in my room as show case. AC customer care and service center is trying to pass the time so that their one year guarantee period is over and then I will have to waste money. very poor condition. A company like Samsung is not expected to behave like this Was this information helpful? | |||
