Samsung — warranty issue | |||
I had purchased a mobile phone "samsung a30" from electronic gallery dt. On 20/08/2019. There was a problem occurred of power button and i bring this phone to samsung service center. The said that internal screen is proken and they asked for 4000/- rs. For this. But phones screen was working and i said that the issue is of power button only not screen but they denied. My phone is in under warranty yet and they are not sorting out my problem. I bring this phone to service center on 07/08/2020. Was this information helpful? | |||
