I want to put on record that I just received a call from your customer care saying that theres. O pending complaint in my machine and according to the info received by him, my problem issue is solved.
If it’s solved then why am I working so many emails.along calls to ur customer centre is making no sense. They don’t know anything at all.
I am writing down the engineer / technician who had come to my place on the[protected] after remaking a complain on august 11. His mobile no is [protected]. He had come a number of times before and he just took a video of the working of the machine. He made me speak to his senior mr. Rajiv pal, mobile no [protected].
They both have said that the machine can’t be repaired. They said they would inform the management that a replacement is the only solution.
I have later sent an email that I will move to take legal action and yet they haven’t replied. They themselves have no solution to my problem. Thus, they have stopped answering.
