Samsung Washing Machine Repair: Registered complaint and Service personal came and said it is a valve issue. Then He brought a new valve. It didnt work. Then he brought a board after 2 days, It also didnt solve the issue. So he took back the valve and board. Then he asked to register a new complaint and left. ALSO CHARGED SERVICE FEE. Obtained the invoice for the service charge. As instructed by him, Registered a NEW (Second) complaint for servicing Washing Machine on 29th September 2021. Complaint number is [protected]. Service Personal came again on 1st of October and informed the complaint is with some wiring kit and dismantled the machine and left. Today, after 20 days, the machine is still lying in dismantled state. Service guy Mr. Vipin wont attend the call. He had sent me contact of the main service guy. Last week he told he is waiting for wiring kit, will fix it by late on 18th Oct, MONDAY. Today is WEDNESDAY[protected]. No response from the service center. Both of them are not lifting my call.
