Samsung — White Spot on the Screen

I have purchased 32 inch LED TV through M/S Bharat Electronics, Main Road, Ranchi with below details Model: UA32EH4003 Invoice No- 4352 dated 22 Sep 2014 In month of May 2015 I found white spot on the screen and lodge a complaint regarding the same. After 20 days follow ups and 2 visits by the service engineer on difference location but no solution is resume that. Many time calls to Samsung customer care but no body resolved my issue. I am very disappointed with service team and request you to take corrective action at the earliest. Already registered Complaint on dated 26 May 2015 and Complain no-[protected], Ref no-[protected] Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks Md Anwar Ali [protected]
