[Resolved] Samsung — Worst customer care ever | |
I am an extremely frustrated customer taking to the internet with the hope that this will atleast generate some helpful response from Samsung! It has been over a month since i lodged a complaint for my Tv Display issue. Two days later a technician showed up who checked and said they would need to place order for some ‘part’ It’s been over a month and after multiple calls to the toll free number I get a response that the part has finally reached the city. However, now these people tell me that it’s pending warranty documents. I have shared every single bill copy that very day itself! I’m extremely frustrated with how I need to call up the toll free number every single day and repeat the whole story and it’s yet in vain! Very very unhappy with their service!!
