This is my second complaint on this forum regarding wrong product delivered as the first complaint still remain unaddressed. My order no. is [protected]. I purchased galaxy M51 but wrongly received M31. I placed my order on 18th October 2020 and received wrong product on 22nd October 2020. The complaint was immediately registered to samsung customer care. Case was forwarded to VOC team. VOC claim no. generated is [protected]. But till this date (ie 11th November 2020) there is no response provided by samung.
In first customer on this forum, samsung customer care executive commented that the issue will be solved. Similarly when I call customer care cell, they do say the same thing. But in reality they are not addressing the issue at all.
