[Resolved] Samsung — Z Flip Mobile Phone | |||
I bought Samsung Z Flip phone in Nov 2020. The phone screen suddenly stopped working . This was crucial days as there is function at our family on 14th Dec 2020. I took the phone to nearest Samsung Service Center at Ghatkopar. They did not accept the phone stating this phone is premium and you will have to call on the specific number to lodge complaint and they will pick up the phone. Surprisingly when we spoke on the provided number the person Mr Ashutosh said that you will have to visit nearest service center. My complaints are 1. Why this kind of expensive phones stops working within a month ? What quality assurance is there ? 2. Why I have to go pillar and post for getting it replaced / repaired ? 3. Who will pay for loss due to we were left without contact at the crucial stage of our function at family. 4. The service center guy was not understanding customer feeling raised is tone while communicating ? Is this the way premium customers are treated ? Was this information helpful? | |||
