Sangeetha Mobiles — Fraud | |||
I broke my samsung mobile screen and took in too sangeetha cmh road for repair, they charged me 6800 rupees and replaced the screen. Yesterday my screen goes blank and when i went to an authorised showroom, they inform me that sangeetha has put a duplicate screen, but they charged me the price of the original. I purchased teh same phone from them in dec, which makes it exactly two months old. Repeated calls to the customer service has no response and the phone operator comes up with various excuses for people not being at their desk. On friday i spoke to one miss pratima and sent an email to them, a mister lokesh replied. And exactly the next day (Saturday) both of them are busy, they said they will get back by afternoon and still no use. People who do not do their jobs right have no right to be in a consumer driven market. Was this information helpful? | |||

I just realise, after logging on to this forum, that im one of the many with similar problems. Is they anyway to take this up as a public welfare issue... we cannot have fraudsters with big banners operating in prime locations of the city.. somebody advise on how to proceed
