Sbi Cards And Payment Services Ltd — SBI Credit Card One time Settlement

This is to inform you that I am undergoing a financial issue due to which I am unable to clear the debts of my credit card payments. My SBI credit card no is: 4335*******5418. I am negotiating one time settlement with all the creditors on this regard.

I got employed with in hand salary of Rs. 29, 000/- per month in the year 2018. I was in gestational period of setting up of my life and was not much aware about the financial transactions and family responsibilities. One fine morning, the representative of SBI card approached me for selling credit card through telemarketing. I got attracted with her offer and have applied for the credit card from SBI. The representative selling the credit card has allotted credit card having credit limit of Rs. 3, 60, 000/- without assessing my financial worth.

In the past few months, I have been facing financial hardships due to unavoidable financial crunch. As I was going through a huge mental depression to meet my financial needs as I have opted a wrong path of stepping in to using credit cards to meet my financial needs. Later on I have converted the transaction in to EMI, keeping in mind that I can pay them monthly, but it seems now it is not possible for me to pay them as it is beyond my financial capabilities. My current in hand monthly salary is Rs. 38, 000/- and all together my EMI goes above 40, 000/months (including housing loan EMI of Rs. 23, 500 per month).

I have approached all the creditors offering them one time settlement of dues within 5 business days of my debts out of my 38k salary in hand and by taking some financial help from my relatives.

I have no fixed asset nor any savings or investments through which claims can be settled. Below are the details of my creditors whom I am indebted to:

I have visited Mr. Sachin Shende at SBI Card office at SBI Zonal Office, Kingsway, Near Railway Station, Nagpur but he refuse to accept my written application for one time settlement of SBI credit card dues. I am at a deep mental stress.
