E... I am having honda eterno scooter using for last 8 yrs. Since company Honda Motors has closed the model, It is now difficult to get it's part at service centre. Motor mechanics are not able to repair it.
My scooter requires parts like coil, fork of starring & some other parts but they are not available in Vashi & surrounding area even dealer M/s... bought my two wheeler Honda Eterno in Hassan Honda (ASA) in the year 2003. I regularly give my two wheeler for service in the same showroom. At present I gave my vehicle for service in the month December 18th 2011 and now it is August 2012 still i didn't get back my vehicle. my name is swadesh i buy honda eterno scooter in 2005 after 5 year ther is no requirement of any spare parts in honda agency in my town they always tell me the company has closed all spares parts of honda eterno scooter . Should company have no responsibiity that they may get the customer problem how they beleive in them they invest money on buying vehicle by company trust its seems if company stop producing the product should take responsible that not selling only product only ther motive they should confirm to customer who used ther money to buy the dream vehicle for their need and they have nothing optional to spent money again its a robbery by company only profit no responsibity towards customer shoud customer have any right against company

I was told that some parts are... since i have purchased honda eterno i am having problem in gear shifting, its too hard in the very first service i complained but nothing happened, then the service centre persons changed clutch plates in second service, now they said there is a lock in scooter level, it is hard and when ur driving it automatically locks the gear...
