i bought one gilma gas hobs gx3tb on 22 April 2010 from kairali trading company 39/875a chittoor road kochi Though I have been buying kitchen appliances from a good company but i m disappointed because the produkkt and service is worst no response from the dealer as well from service service centre though i had called the toll free number mentioned in the warranty card as well as the store from where i brought this product i did not get much help from both the places there is no service from the last 2 years hob gas pipes filled with rust not able to clean it when itz going to burst don't no they are not even giving service and giving silly reasons that this hob is not in sell so parts are not available so u have to wait for few months and i have to pay for hob plates why should i IT is a manufacturing defect then for what i should pay i tried calling for gilma support but he simply said do whatever u want we cant do anything the support is very pathetic and products are very bad gilma group worst worst worst hope now i can expect that i will get the right judgement...

Gilma is a premium brand just name-sake. They are run unprofessionally. Cooking range delivered does not have QC checked stamp, earthing fault was found during installation. They took the product back and tried to fix it rather than replace it. No product code or unique number to identify the product...

Gilma is a fraud company, dont fall in the trap of gilma. they promise you one year guarantee. They send goons to your home, who will threaten elderly or weak people at home, forcing them to sign papers saying that the issue is resolved. If you request them to fix the problem, after few months of repeated calls, they will visit the site and charge hefty amount during guarantee period still the problem is not fixed...
