I purchased motorola mobile from flipkart, but phone having its internally network problem from start as my phone is in warranty but then that service center technician told me that sir this phone having network issue from manufacturer and i visited that service twice but nothing got resolved and also i complained to flipkart but they straight forward raise their hand and said sir nothing can be done from our side you have to coordinate with motorola brand, so my question is why motorola/lenovo selling such kind of phone and flipkart is helping to sell such fake phone in there indian market, so as a customer i want consumer court to take a strict action against this and also get me some solution and justify my valuable money...
