Set Top Box — taking excess money from rural people

Sir from one montg the setup box cable provider taking random money from rural people like 200 per month insted of 130 rupees which is high amount taking by cheating rural people, they doing some drama like we providing that, this with rural people which is not being nice.

Set up box is completely off last 3 days.
I call to your local services providers sanjay parasasr but he's not answering my calls.

My set box not able to show channels because of some error I tried to call dish TV customer care but all my efforts are in vain as I am not able to reach out to them and they don't attend my calls. Please help.
