Shop Clue — not refunding

I ordered a power bank through shop clue that product was damaged and not working . So their man receive that product from me .I requested 3 times from them I don't want your any shop clue bucks transfer it only in my saving a/c. They always transfer it into shop clue bucks instead of my bank a/c.
