I recieved a letter from shopclues, telling that you have won 15 lakh with a scratch card. They had a code in that too send for some # helpline number. Is it true or a big fraud. They ask me to pay some amount to claim the winning amount and also fill a form. How can u leak the details of customer from your site. You should take some action on that... Otherwise i will go to crime department... Hope u will solve this......

Shop clue says that refund is processed by them but refund of my money rs 21771 is still not reflecting in my account they say that contact your bank customer care to get your refund from sbi please help me sir my sbi saving account no [protected] and unique transaction id as received from shop clue hsbj[protected].

I ordered a power bank through shop clue that product was damaged and not working . So their man receive that product from me .I requested 3 times from them I don't want your any shop clue bucks transfer it only in my saving a/c. They always transfer it into shop clue bucks instead of my bank a/c....

They are just boosting the MPR for the products and then they are giving a huge discount as 90%, 95% but this is not the original MRP, for the same product they are mentioning different MRP's in the different places and they are just cheating customers, please take necessary action on this....
