The said company is reported to be supplying online various Neutraceutical health supplements and booking the orders after receipt of full payment on line through Credit/ Debit Card. after booking the orders they do not supply the items. if we try to contact them on phone the same goes unanswered giving a standard reply that all our executives are busy attending other customers. ( No [protected]) we may try holding the line for hours together but we get this std reply and wasting our time and money in the act after losing the money paid at the time of order booking.
On such order was placed by me on 3.9.15 vide order no SYWORD 24125 for supply of : muscle Feast Pure D- ribose 800 gms and the full cost of the item at the time of booking (Rs 1796/- )was paid through my credit card. At the time of booking the normal supply was guaranteed in 8-10 days. I did not receive the delivery of the item by 13 sep i tried to contact them on the telephone. I could not be connected to any one and always got a computerised reply " pl hold as all their executives are busy attending other customers..." I made several attempts holding the telephone for as much as more than two hours daily but always got this standard reply. A period of more than 24 days have passed but i have not received the items yet. There is no response from the co.they are neither supplying the item booked nor refunding me the money.
It is learnt that this co is a fraud company and booking orders and collecting the money and not returning the same nor supplying the items booked.
I request you to lodge my complaint against the co and to take suitable action against them so that they are not playing with the hard earned money of people like me. I have further made two more bookings and paid money in advance ( Order No SYWORD 25251 and Order NO SYWORD 24b375) and am not sure if the items booked will be supplied or not.
