Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered for the said printer (Attached Invoice Copy) in the month of September 2014 from www.Shopyourworld.com, I choose to pay cash on delivery which I did on 9th Oct 2014 when I received the printer. I received a faulty printer which did not work and had to send it back. I was told I will receive a replacement printer with a week or two and never did this happen. I was promised that by end of Dec is shall receive the printer and it was already shipped from their warehouse, this got moved to end of Jan and eventually I was told they shall refund as they are not able to track the printer. I was told the refund shall happen in 24hrs and now its been more then 2 months and I not able to get my money back. I have spoken to everyone possible, mailed it to their MDs too but there has been no response. Employees at their support staff have told me that there is not much they can do now and neither they have an update. I have exchanged more the 22 emails and umpteen numbers of phone conversation but nothing seems to be working. They have gone to an extent were in they have told me to lodge a consumer complain because their management does not seem to be serious about refunding any of the customers money. Where do I go from here?
