I ordered beast car body cover for maruti suzuki baleno on 9th may and it arrived on 22nd may, since the product was defective plus small in size i immediately requested for a return order. They replied back saying they'd surely accept the return request but later, since they didn't have workers during covid. I waited for a while and did so again, they started rejecting my request and on top of that i would get fraud calls from shopclues....

I have placed an order through shopclues.com order id:[protected]Bluetooth headset) on sunday 24 may 2020, 07:43 pm and i have received this product on tuesday, 02 jun 2020 with defective one and reasons are received the damaged product without even charging cable and product manual also we are unable to insert the memory card since the body was not suitable to insert and it looks like duplicate and ear holder...

I am reciving multiple calls from the fake shopclues. Shopclues is selling the its client's details.
Fake company provides fake products fail to communicate multiple time....

I was not aware of this scam website so i also got trapped in this lucky winner bonanza in which i have lost rs 52000 in the name of registration fee that was of rs 7200 then again they have asked me to pay them rs 15, 600 for the gst and then they asked me to give them rs 22, 500 and all were refundable as said by them.
Since beginning i am asking them to cancel my prize just refund back my money. But they denied and said either...

I ordered an laptop charger from shopclues on 26 th march 2020. They kept delaying it saying its lockdown. Finally after 2 and half minths they are saying procurement delay. Neither i can cancel my order nor i am able to get my money back. I called them 100 times but no one ever picks up the call. I send them email. Invain. I cann't do anything without it for last 2 months. Please send my charger within next 2 days or give my money back in...

But as the lockdown has open slighltly, i have been informed on 27th may that my order is dispatched. Since then, i have followed up with customer support several times. I ordered 2 comforters on may 26. Have not received till now. Tracking says to be delivered on june 4, 2020. Customer support is not reachable....

I had bought a cordless phone from shopclues. After having to wait 2 months due to covid they delivered the phone. When i opened the shipment box; all the items were placed inside it in newspaper. The product was clearly not new but a used product. Not just that the product did not work either.

I have requested a return; but despite multiple reminders to shopclues the return has yet not been accepted....

This is not a complaint of products (Handmade pure copper steel jug with two glasses. I have noticed that the welding of handle attached to the jug is not perfect as it is not compressed well to the body at the time of welding (Soldering), the edges are protruding which can easily cut the fingers at the time of washing. Suggest for improvement by giving a fine finishing touch to the handle joints and it can be done with a good supervision.br...

I got a call and message from shopclues.They were saying that I am a winner of lucky draw.So I followed the procedure first they demanded Rs 7400 and they asked for more and more and this went on. I was also unaware of their tactics and I fulfilled all their demand but after loosing Rs 350000 fortunately I blocked the call. Well this is also my fault but I was unaware of such fraudlent people/site....

But yet the amount has been not credited in my account... Its been frustrating now... What should i do now to get the refund back... Its been near about a month... Such a pathetic service...
