[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Manufacturing defect & no replacement | |||
Dear sir, The shopclues is not providing me the original woodland leather wallet as I ve applied for replacement. I purchased a woodland leather wallet from shopclues & my order id is 16147865. But the product delivered to me is not the original woodland leather wallet.The quality of the leather too worst . So I applied for replacement & Shopclues arranged a pickup through bluedart courier. I ve sent that product to Clues Network (P) Limited Plot Number- 648, Bijwasan, New Delhi - 110061 The way bill no # [protected]. The product has already been delivered. But still there is no response from shopclues. I ve mailed them many times to provide me the new original woodland leather wallet but they are not responding & not providing me the original woodland leather wallet. The company is simply cheating & harassing the customers. Its my humble request to take proper action it & provide me the original woodland leather wallet. Pls do the need full & provide me the original woodland leather wallet with warranty card . The product should be properly inspected from quality aspects. Looking forward for your positive response.
