Dear Sir,
I have purchased SONY TV on 14 Jun 2015 from shopclues.com (online) cost -Rs.37, 489. After few months we have observed there is some black spot on the TV screen.
I raised a complain to SONY Service center, and after verification by the SONY service engineer, have told me it is not possible for them to replace the part/TV as this has purchased online and high chances that the damaged TV has been sold out to me. At the same time they have mentioned that they would have replaced the same incase the TV would have purchased from the local dealer.

The screenshot also attach with this complain.

This product is under one year warranty and i want this TV to be replaced.

Awating for update from your end.

I am very much in doubt the kind of meterial has been delivered to me which got faulty within a year of purchase. Never expected this kind of poor quality from SONY product. Looks like a faulty product has been delivered.The product is under 1 year warranty, kindly provide an immidiate replacement of this faulty product. Please find the attch screenshot again for your understanding the entire display has become black.

hi, i am also facing the same issue with shopclues. i have purchased samsung h5100 led and after 7-8 months dark spots had come and i am facing the great difficulty.

they are neither replacing nor giving any solution.lastly they said they will give 50% refund.i have decided to take some legal action.
