On 25/07/2015 I made compliment ROHAN SHINDE, Jul 25, 12:42 PM: I just get delivered my power bank on 25/07/2015 at 12.23 But You send me wrong Power bank I have Ordered for Samsung power bank you send me MI Power bank in Samsung box Please arrange to take back and send me correct Item Other wise I will make Consumer Complaint and on 26/07/2015 my compliment shown is resolve so on 27/07/2015 I made call to service center that my complaint is not resolve and they reply me Customer Support, Jul 27, 10:09 AM: On Behalf Of The Customer : I have already filed return request for my order as instead of Samsung Power Bank i have received the power bank of Mi but till now no updates has been provided to me so i want my replacement to be initiated on urgent need kindly update me for the same.
