[Resolved] ShopClues — Refund of item returned to company | |||
I ordered a 32 gb memory card on07/03/2015 from shopclues and paid 1099/- through netbanking in advance. The company send me a 16gb memory card. As the product was not as per my order, on 25/03/2015, i request for refund and to take back the 16gb card. The company asked me to submit 3 images of the product which i sent through email for 8 times, every time the company say that they have not received the images. So i send the images through my alternate email id on 06/04/2015 and the company representative confirm on phone that the images have been received. A mail has also been received and the company assured that the problem will be solved within 3-4 days. After a long waiting the company ask me to return the 16gb card and the courier charges will be bear by the company and i have send it through first flight courier. Now the company has send me a mail stating that the company will refund me a sum of rs 610/- (And not rs 1099/- + rs 170/- for courier charges total 1269/-). This is cheating with the customer. MY ORDER NO IS 40679357 AND YOU CAN TRACE IT FROM THE ORDER LIST. YOU ARE JUST PULLING ON THE MATTER AS LONG AS YOU CAN. INSTEAD OF REFUND YOU ARE JUST SENDING MEANING LESS EMAILS . I HAVE GIVEN ALL DETAILS AND COMPLAINTS THROUGH MY REGISTERED E MAIL.
THE COMPANY HAS REFUNDED RS 610/- ON 01/05/2015 INSTEAD OF RS 1269/-. THIS IS CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER. THE COMPANY IS ONLY GIVING ASSURANCE BUT DOING NOTHING. THE REPLIES ARE SYSTEM GENERATED AND HAVE NOT ACTIONED AT ALL. VERY POOR SERVICE BY THE COMPANY AND CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER.
