ShopClues.com — Damaged product delivered | |||
I had ordered a HP Deskjet 1510 Multifunction Inkjet Printer (White) from Shopclues.com vide Order Id-9703917. The product was delivered to me by DTDC courier POD No-D15995944. Sadly after I received the product and I opened the pack then I found that the glass scanning plate(on which the object to be scanned is placed) is completely broken.I immediately contacted their customer care and informed them about the issue for which they gave me a complaint no 636114. I was then asked to provide images of the damaged product. I also provided the same as required on 3rd January, 2014.Since then I have been constantly been contacting them but with no revert from their end. I had also requested for return of the product vide request no- 170905 on 8th January, 2014. Unfortunately the same has also not been answered till date. Request you to kindly check as if this is the level of customer commitment they provide then its high time that customer s should be made aware of them and people should abstain from shopping with them. complaint date was 22nd August 2014 and still no reply from your side.
Customer care also does not support. sort out my problem on emergency
basis. i always keep calling customer care and no response is given.

I received the product (Seagate | 160 GB SATA HARD DISK DRIVE 7200RPM | SEALED PACKS 160gb Hdd) on 19 Sept. 2014 on 4.00 PM it was damaged and requested a return pickup first in return request status it was showing Return pickup is intiated but now it is showing Pickup Attempted - Shipment Not Ready but there was no pickup i was all the time in my home my home was never closed the customer care is not even picking up the calls
I WOULD BE GRATEFULL IF YOU WILL LOOK IN THIS MATTER I AM FRUSTATED AND LOOSING MY FAITH ON ONLINE SHOPPING..
