i purchased a phone samsung galaxy s4 active dated on 14 dec 2014, due to some problem i request for replacement to shopclues and he agree to replace my phone and phone picked up my phone, shopclues receved my 8 jan 2015, byt now shopclues not delever my relaced phone i am call many times shopclues customer team bt no result till date

today yours support team say my order deliver to me within 3 to 4 days if you are failure then you go to consumer court so this is last chance for you oyherwise we will meet in consumer court

i purchased ia galaxy s4 active from shopclues dated on 14 dec 2014 i pay 18971 about that product and i receved the product dated on 24 dec.due to some manufature problem i request to shopclues pleace replace above product and my request is approved and the phone is picked up from my destination and shopclues receved the product dated on 8 jan 2015, bt i am not recived my replaced product yet, please help me to give me my replaced product as soon as earliest
